Shipping policy

Every bottle is poured and packed by hand in small batches before it ships.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Preorder items ship on or after the ship date shown on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Because our fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as flammable and must travel by ground (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or similar). Typical transit time is 3-8 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to begin updating. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, confirm your shipping address, check with neighbors or building management, and then contact us at info@anbarea.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping due to carrier and regulatory restrictions on alcohol-based perfume.
