Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed full-size bottles within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email info@anbarea.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

 

OPENED PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrance bottles.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at info@anbarea.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Email info@anbarea.com and we will make it right.
